Within the magnificent landscapes of the Tanargue hills, this stone house, in a small typical village, has been renovated and converted into a spacious family holiday house. With a natural slightly sloping plot of land of more than 2000 m2, pleasant for some privacy, this house is elevated above 3 vaulted cellars. On the ground floor, you enter a large room of 25 m2, a dining room with a kitchen corner, and a small resting space in front of a fireplace and insert.
This room gets to a small terrace and you find a staircase to get down to the garden and cellars.
From the dining room, you step into the sitting room of 15 m2, and from the corridor discover a study of 10,90 m2, a bedroom of 12,50 m2, further on a bathroom of 7,80 m2 (bath, washstand, bidet, W.C.) and a room of 11,90 m2 used as storage room or extra bedroom.
From the sitting room, up the staircase, you access the stoop of 24 m2, then 3 bedrooms of
17,50 m2, 13,70 m2 and 25 m2. On the same floor, an attic of about 30 m2 could be converted into living space since the roof is more than 1,80m high.
If you have a large family, this house has been conceived for you! You can welcome all your friends and enjoy the beautiful summer in the Tanargue hills, no other place than South Ardeche for walking paths under the chestnut trees, beautiful land, typical swimming pots with clear streaming water. In order to live all year round, it will need, though, some more comfort (adapt the heating system, insulate the house for instance).
